Base Salary
$200k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead product teams and translate vision and strategy into actionable technical tasks.
- Make and justify technical decisions while aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
- Interface directly with senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Establish efficient development processes, quality frameworks, and routine automation.
- Design and deliver applications using Java, the Spring ecosystem, databases, distributed applications, containerization, and deployment technologies.
- Apply cloud provider capabilities, preferably Azure, across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience, preferably in the financial domain.
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in product development environments.
- Proven experience adopting, justifying, and driving technical decisions.
- Strong understanding of development processes, quality frameworks, and automation.
- Proficiency in Java, the Spring ecosystem, databases, and distributed applications.
- Experience with containerization and deployment technologies.
- Deep understanding of modern cloud providers, preferably Azure, and hybrid or multi-cloud setups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
