Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the compliance automation platform and tools for comprehensive organizational compliance-posture reporting.
- Design and architect AI solutions across multiple microservices for high-throughput and low-latency performance.
- Develop reusable, testable, efficient, robust, and high-quality software supporting compliance controls and processes.
- Participate in all phases of software development, including architecture, implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance.
- Improve compliance reporting tools and introduce insights that enhance Adobe’s compliance operations.
- Maintain the TechGRC intranet, SharePoint, wiki, and other portals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate delivery of high-quality features.
- Define and implement team goals while balancing business needs, innovation, and software maintainability.
- Prototype ideas quickly and research relevant industry trends.
- Travel approximately 10–20% of the time.
Requirements
- College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of hands-on software design and development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience focused on AI/ML systems in production.
- Experience with server architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Python.
- Hands-on API design and development experience using NodeJS, Python, ExpressJS, or Flask.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Understanding of server-side templating languages such as EJS.
- Experience designing low-latency, highly available, scalable, and performant applications.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, AngularJS, Redux, and Mobx.
- Deep expertise with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- In-depth knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Strong written, verbal, social, planning, problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO, or PCI is beneficial.
