Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable, high-performance customer applications using the Microsoft .NET stack.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and tailor software solutions to real-world business challenges.
- Provide technical advice, consultancy, direction, and decision-making to customers and internal teams.
- Lead stakeholder collaboration and take accountability for technical experience and delivery outcomes.
- Contribute to development best practices, frameworks, and reusable components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-facing tools and APIs that deliver business value.
- Ensure systems meet agreed budgets, time frames, design requirements, and security standards.
- Explore emerging AI technologies and incorporate innovative ideas into solution design.
Requirements
- Experience in a Senior Developer or Tech Lead role.
- Strong experience with .NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET, and C#.
- Front-end development experience with technologies such as React, Angular, HTML, or CSS.
- Experience with database design and management using technologies such as SQL Server or MySQL.
- Experience or knowledge of Azure cloud computing platforms or an equivalent platform.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, particularly in customer-facing contexts.
- Willingness to explore AI solutions, learn new technologies, and adapt to change.
- Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework is desirable.
- Knowledge of Azure Integration Services is desirable.
- Experience using AI tooling or integrating AI projects is desirable.
- Experience implementing comprehensive unit and integration testing strategies is desirable.
