Responsibilities
- Design and co-build robust, scalable software architectures with project teams.
- Coach and support development teams while promoting best practices and high-quality delivery.
- Improve code quality and development processes through continuous improvement practices.
- Monitor technology trends and propose innovative architecture, tooling, and methodology solutions.
- Lead the Java community and support knowledge sharing and skills development.
- Train and mentor junior employees through training, mentoring, and pair programming.
- Contribute to pre-sales by qualifying opportunities, writing technical proposals, and supporting client presentations.
Requirements
- Hold a higher education qualification in computer science equivalent to bac +5.
- Have significant experience in a Tech Lead role.
- Work effectively in teams and value colleagues’ contributions.
- Be comfortable with Java/JEE, Spring Framework including Spring Boot and Spring MVC, Hibernate, Maven, Git, and Angular.
- Communicate comfortably in English.
