Base Salary

$164k - $227k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, refactor, and scale backend implementations of new and existing consumer product features.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand member struggles and devise creative solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities for improving the reliability and scalability of systems.
Work across the engineering team to uphold high technical standards.

5+ years of experience in software engineering.
Comfortable working across the stack with a willingness to learn new technologies.
Experience designing APIs and working with transactional databases and caching systems.
A product mindset with a strong bias toward experimentation and measuring impact.
Exposure to large-scale architecture patterns and an appreciation for clean, maintainable code.
Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
Experience in a fast-paced, product-focused environment; Fintech experience is a plus.
