Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered application features using LLMs, generative AI, and machine-learning models.
- Build and optimize conversational agents, RAG pipelines, and prompt-engineering workflows.
- Integrate model APIs and open-source models and evaluate quality, latency, and cost trade-offs.
- Develop secure, efficient, real-time services that expose AI capabilities to end users.
- Review code, document AI architectures and data flows, and collaborate with product, AI research, infrastructure, security, and QA teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or a related quantitative field.
- Hands-on experience or academic projects using LLM APIs such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Ollama, with familiarity with RAG and prompt engineering.
- Strong Python skills, knowledge of data structures and algorithms, and comfort with SQL and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of vector databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, Chroma, or Milvus.
- Strong problem-solving and mathematical/logical reasoning abilities, curiosity about emerging AI tools, and technical writing ability.
- Preferred experience includes LangChain, LlamaIndex, Spring AI, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, pandas, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, Java, Spring Boot, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP, and Unix/Linux.
