Base Salary
$79k - $131k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with partners by presenting, demonstrating, and supporting ArcGIS integrations.
- Develop partner enablement strategies and communicate Esri technologies and business value.
- Design and propose solutions that align Esri technology with partner business challenges.
- Provide technical demonstrations, presentations, and best practices for using, deploying, and administering Esri technology.
- Present at conferences and trade shows and troubleshoot client issues involving application deployment and system architecture.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience creating maps, performing spatial analysis, and configuring web applications with Esri technology.
- At least 1 year of experience working in various industries.
- Understanding of ArcGIS in an IT context, including hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Experience in technical consulting, conceptual solution design, and sales and business development processes.
- Experience with geodatabases and underlying DBMS technology.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, GIS, or a related field.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and listening skills, plus willingness to travel domestically or internationally 25–50%.
- Preferred qualifications include client troubleshooting, systems integration with data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms, real-time information-stream integration, AI/machine-learning concepts, and Python or JavaScript programming.
- A master’s degree in geography, computer science, GIS, or a related field is preferred.
