Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery and shape solution strategy.
- Design target architectures for AI and web applications on Vercel.
- Create and deliver tailored demos and technical presentations.
- Own and run proofs of concept and pilots end-to-end.
- Act as lead architect post-sale for strategic accounts.
- Engage with customers on performance, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with the Field Engineering Team to standardize playbooks.
- Respond to security, compliance, and architecture reviews.
- Capture recurring themes and feedback for Product and Engineering.
- Contribute to internal enablement and external content.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong hands-on skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks.
- Understanding of web performance, caching, networking, and security fundamentals.
- Ability to discuss business outcomes with executives and implementation details with developers.
- Track record of owning complex technical projects and delivering on time.
- Thrive in collaborative field teams and value clear communication.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Empathy for developers and a passion for great developer experience.
- Bonus: Experience building AI powered applications or Agentic workloads.
