Responsibilities
- Engage with complex utility customers to achieve their platform goals.
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies with account teams.
- Coach account teams on positioning and adoption strategies.
- Influence stakeholders through complex engagements with the cloud ecosystem.
- Act as a trusted advisor for data analytics architecture and adoption.
- Contribute to community engagement by leading workshops and seminars.
Requirements
- Experience in complex customer interactions in a technical pre-sales capacity.
- Technical background in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Machine Learning.
- Experience working with utility customers to establish the Data Intelligence Platform.
- Ability to prototype and create tailored solutions rather than relying on slide decks.
- High degree of autonomy and ability to work with ambiguous requirements.
- Strong relationship-building skills to influence decision-makers.
- Prior coding experience in Python or SQL and willingness to learn Spark.
- Hands-on expertise with public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google.
- Ability to provide technical solutions for specialized customer needs.
- Databricks Certification is a plus.
