Responsibilities
- Drive customer implementations from API integration to production go-live.
- Run technical discovery on customer tech stacks and recommend integration patterns.
- Advise customers on API integration strategies and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.
- Educate customers on AI functionalities and applications.
- File bug reports and feature requests based on customer feedback.
- Diagnose complex issues and document findings for the engineering team.
- Stay updated on product features and educate others on their capabilities.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
- Deep understanding of REST APIs and tools like Postman.
- Ability to read and write Python scripts for API interactions.
- Interest in AI and ability to explain AI product functionalities.
- Experience in advising on integration architecture and workflows.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and documenting technical issues.
- Experience with SaaS B2B enterprise integrations.
