Responsibilities
- Design and implement zero-touch production concepts across the MSP technology stack.
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure architecture using AWS, Nutanix Prism, Microsoft Azure, and Rocky Linux.
- Develop automation capabilities for value services through CI/CD pipeline design and development.
- Manage version control with GitHub and use release management tools to streamline software deployments.
- Implement secret management solutions such as HashiCorp HCP Vault for MSP backends.
- Design and implement IAM and SSO solutions using Microsoft Entra ID and PingIdentity PingOne.
- Generate and automate comprehensive system documentation using Atlassian Confluence.
- Enhance the reliability, scalability, automation, and efficiency of the MDR service across complex customer environments.
