Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive architectural decisions for the liquidity management platform.
- Establish technical standards and design patterns for faster feature delivery.
- Mentor mid-level and senior engineers to develop their technical leadership skills.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the development lifecycle.
- Own critical systems end-to-end, ensuring production reliability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years working on complex, business-critical systems in production.
- Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep expertise with C#/.NET and relational databases.
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
