Base Salary
$165k - $264k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical wins and influence purchasing decisions by architecting solutions aligned with enterprise customers’ business and technical requirements.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor from discovery and solution design through executive alignment and deal closure.
- Identify emerging customer needs and architect high-value, next-generation use cases.
- Provide detailed, data-driven customer feedback to influence product roadmap prioritization and market fit.
- Build cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
- Document and share best practices and domain expertise to strengthen team performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Expertise in customer discovery, translating business challenges into scalable outcome-driven solutions, and developing pioneering applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence and the ability to engage senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud environments and architectures, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience integrating AI to deliver value and working with SaaS-based solutions.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with CCTV and video management systems and access control technologies such as Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, and Ocularis is preferred.
- Ability to influence constructively, operate autonomously amid ambiguity, collaborate cross-functionally, and demonstrate ethical, accountable, and resilient leadership.
