Base Salary

$165k - $264k/yr

Responsibilities

Own technical wins and influence purchasing decisions by architecting solutions aligned with enterprise customers’ business and technical requirements.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor from discovery and solution design through executive alignment and deal closure.
Identify emerging customer needs and architect high-value, next-generation use cases.
Provide detailed, data-driven customer feedback to influence product roadmap prioritization and market fit.
Build cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
Document and share best practices and domain expertise to strengthen team performance.

8+ years of experience in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Expertise in customer discovery, translating business challenges into scalable outcome-driven solutions, and developing pioneering applications.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence and the ability to engage senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
Experience with cloud environments and architectures, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Experience integrating AI to deliver value and working with SaaS-based solutions.
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with CCTV and video management systems and access control technologies such as Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, and Ocularis is preferred.
Ability to influence constructively, operate autonomously amid ambiguity, collaborate cross-functionally, and demonstrate ethical, accountable, and resilient leadership.
