Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered products and platforms using Golang.
- Develop high-performance backend services and APIs for enterprise-scale use.
- Build and enhance internal developer tools, frameworks, and reusable components.
- Partner with product, engineering, and AI teams to move ideas into production.
- Design and implement cloud-native, microservices-based architectures.
- Drive engineering practices involving code quality, testing, observability, and delivery.
- Solve distributed-systems challenges involving scalability, resilience, and performance.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
Requirements
- Expertise in Golang with a proven record of building scalable, business-critical production applications.
- Strong experience designing and developing large-scale backend services and APIs.
- Experience building and operating systems in microservices and distributed environments.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies, containerization, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, system design, and performance optimization.
- Experience taking products and platforms from concept through production.
- Exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning, or LLM-powered applications is highly desirable.
- Passion for modern engineering practices, continuous learning, and solving complex technical problems.
