Responsibilities
- Develop embedded software for ARM-based microcontrollers.
- Design, implement, and maintain software primarily in C++.
- Design clean, maintainable software and contribute to architectural decisions with the architecture team.
- Work with existing codebases and new development projects.
- Debug and troubleshoot software and hardware-related issues, including low-level issues using electronics debugging tools.
- Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English is required; Danish is advantageous but not required.
- Experience with C++ development, embedded software development, Linux, and software design, architecture, and maintainability practices is required.
- Experience with STM32 or similar ARM-based platforms is preferred.
- Experience with Linux kernel development, Python or Java, Bazel, Docker, GitLab CI, legacy codebases, electronics debugging, oscilloscopes, or soldering is advantageous.
- Applicants must be able to obtain security clearance by the Danish Defense Intelligence Service, including meeting the stated residence and criminal-record conditions.
