Responsibilities
- Shift quality to the left in alignment with senior client stakeholders.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to create a quality strategy.
- Highlight and manage risks to software delivery.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover potential risks.
- Drive improvements for clean code and testing practices.
- Define and implement a testing program across multiple products.
- Influence automation practices across teams.
- Adapt team approaches based on industry standards.
- Coach team members to enhance software quality.
- Advocate QA expertise within the tech community.
Requirements
- Experience as a Quality Analyst in a development team.
- Comfortable with agile methodologies and deployment strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and testing models.
- Ability to drive changes in on-premise and cloud architectures.
- Experience strategizing functional and cross-functional testing.
- Ability to leverage metrics for improvement in deployment processes.
- Capability to design quality strategies for large programs.
