Base Salary
$70k - $126k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features for unmanned aerial systems simulation training software.
- Develop high-performance applications and backend systems supporting advanced sensors and mission systems.
- Fix software defects and analyze new technologies and best practices.
- Perform peer reviews and write unit tests.
- Collaborate with teammates and improve software development processes.
- Develop solutions using C++, .NET, and C#.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of applicable experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
- Experience with Linux, C#, SCM, databases, networking, scripting, and DevOps or continuous integration and continuous development.
- Knowledge of unit tests, code reviews, documentation and writing, and communication.
- Preferred experience with Git SCM, Podman or Docker in air-gapped environments, Protobuf, Postgres or SQL, Kubernetes, Helm, and OpenShift.
- Preferred knowledge of containerization, asynchronous development, distributed systems, API design, VM management, and managing databases within a cluster.
