Responsibilities
- Partner with diverse business stakeholders to understand problems and deliver impactful data- and AI-powered solutions.
- Build full-stack solutions spanning backend development, frontend applications, data pipelines, and AI tools.
- Design, build, and deploy production AI solutions that accelerate workflows for non-technical stakeholders.
- Rapidly develop solutions with limited or uncured requirements and strong product judgment.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders from entry level through executive leadership and manage expectations.
- Use tools such as Gemini, Cortex Code, and Genie Code to accelerate solution delivery.
- Explore new technologies and adapt across varied business problems and domains.
- Contribute to engineering standards and align solutions with the Data and Insights engineering roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience working with customers or business stakeholders.
- Experience with Python and data pipelining, such as ETL.
- Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks, with one of the two sufficient.
- Ability to work across backend, frontend, data pipelines, AI tools, Python, and React.
- Strong customer focus, communication skills, empathy, adaptability, and product instincts.
- Preferred familiarity with Genie Code, Cortex Code, Notebooks, and Streamlit.
- Interest in music and motivation to support artists’ careers and business outcomes.
