Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and continuously optimize enterprise AI agents.
- Build task planning, tool calling, and workflow orchestration capabilities using large language models.
- Integrate AI agents with ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, and order management systems to automate cross-system business processes.
- Develop and optimize enterprise system interfaces and agent tools.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to deploy AI agent solutions in enterprise scenarios.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in Java and Python with strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience developing applications with large language models, including prompt engineering and function calling.
- Hands-on experience with agent development frameworks, particularly LangGraph and Agent Scope.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, microservices, and enterprise system integration methods.
- Strong system design, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Preferred: experience developing and deploying enterprise AI agent solutions and integrating ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, or order management systems.
- Preferred: familiarity with MCP, OAuth 2.0, SSO, and RBAC, plus complex workflow orchestration, multi-agent collaboration, or private LLM deployment.
