Base Salary
$165k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support integrations connecting HR systems to enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Security teams to enhance automation and data accuracy.
- Focus on lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits.
- Utilize tools like Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Workato for integration tasks.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience with enterprise HR/People Systems integrations.
- Deep hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and EIBs.
- Proven experience integrating with Greenhouse and identity platforms like Okta.
- Knowledge of Workato or similar enterprise integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR processes across payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance.
- Familiarity with data formats and protocols such as XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, and SOAP.
