Base Salary
$104k - $105k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated tests for performance, durability, scalability, and reliability of directions and routing services on AWS.
- Create tools and scripts to provision load-test environments for routing services in AWS and analyze performance anomalies.
- Collaborate with product engineers and development programmers to document anomalies, provide reproducible environments, and verify fixes.
- Orchestrate performance tests using Jenkins pipelines.
- Create and maintain dashboards communicating test results to software development and product management teams.
- Advise customers on capacity planning and optimal system provisioning for self-hosted web services.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Experience with Apache JMeter, Python, Jenkins, and Amazon Web Services.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in GIS, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
