Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Identify and advocate for solutions to project, process, technology, or business issues.
- Create and monitor metrics to support team operations and availability.
- Set and improve code review and design standards for the team.
- Provide feedback and guidance to develop talent within the team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in developing and architecting mobile applications, preferably with React Native.
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript or similar languages.
- Experience defining technical plans for significant features or system components.
- Ability to make significant changes in a large code base safely.
- Demonstrated ownership of personal growth and proactive feedback seeking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
