Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance PeopleSoft CRM functionality for ticket intake, case management, service requests, routing, escalation, and resolution tracking.
- Develop CRM pages, components, records, business logic, workflows, worklists, notifications, queries, and batch processes using PeopleTools and SQL.
- Build and support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Broker, web services, JSON/XML messaging, and file-based interfaces.
- Support PeopleSoft CRM and PeopleTools upgrades, patches, retrofits, code comparisons, customization remediation, regression testing, and validation.
- Troubleshoot application defects, workflow failures, integration errors, data issues, and production incidents; perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes.
- Configure business rules, queues, statuses, assignment logic, security roles, templates, alerts, and notifications.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, defect retesting, regression support, data validation, object migration, and release promotion across environments.
- Monitor application behavior, batch processing, interfaces, logs, and SQL while collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
- Maintain technical designs, interface specifications, deployment instructions, support procedures, code documentation, and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with functional analysts, Product Owners, testers, help desk teams, and stakeholders on requirements, demonstrations, UAT, and maintainable solutions.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience, including PeopleSoft CRM, case management, help desk, service-management, or comparable CRM functionality.
- Strong PeopleTools skills with Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, PS Query, and SQL, plus REST/SOAP API experience.
- Experience modifying PeopleSoft pages and components, workflows, notifications, business rules, security, batch processes, and integrations in an Oracle-based enterprise environment.
- Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, retrofits, object comparisons, testing, migration, and production deployment.
- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills across application logic, SQL, interfaces, batch processing, and integration messages.
- Preferred qualifications include hands-on PeopleSoft CRM service operations experience, enterprise platform integrations, REST/SOAP and JSON/XML integration practices, PeopleSoft Fluid or responsive UX experience, Oracle database and UNIX/Linux/Solaris knowledge, and enterprise batch-processing experience.
