Responsibilities
- Define private, public, and hybrid cloud solutions using relevant market standards.
- Develop and promote DEEP’s cloud offerings and identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze customer requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and estimate associated costs.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, technical experts, and Business Lines to build cross-functional offerings.
- Support sales teams in customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Cloud services.
- Coordinate DEEP and POST Group stakeholders to align and deliver successful offerings.
- Manage service lifecycles from design through launch and subsequent evolution.
- Monitor technological and competitive developments and analyze customer feedback.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Higher-education diploma.
- Proven experience managing IT products or services from conception through market evolution.
- Confirmed experience in IT architecture and infrastructure and public cloud environments.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed environments with multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to combine strategic vision, project management, technological monitoring, and organizational standards and best practices.
- Results-oriented and curious approach, with the ability to turn market developments and customer needs into valuable offerings.
- Fluency in French and English.
- German or Luxembourgish is an advantage.
- A certified copy of the diploma and a recent criminal-record extract will be requested during recruitment.
