Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding and technical integration of Appier solutions into websites and mobile apps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the campaign lifecycle.
- Analyze campaign metrics to identify anomalies and provide actionable recommendations.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance problem-solving and solution delivery.
- Consolidate market insights and client feedback for the product team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of website structures and ability to debug HTML and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
