Base Salary
$180k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Go, Ruby on Rails, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Create robust ETL processes and real-time data workflows using Temporal, Prefect, and Snowflake.
- Write clean, efficient, and reliable code with comprehensive testing, monitoring, and alerting.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Compliance, and Product teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
- Build systems that ensure compliance with financial regulations and data privacy requirements.
- Make informed architectural decisions and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Contribute to open-source projects and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building and scaling production systems.
- Experience with SQL, database design, and complex data relationships.
- Ability to design and build creative solutions to complex problems.
- Track record of building reliable, well-tested systems with proper monitoring.
- Ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong desire to perform and grow as an engineer.
