Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain internal developer platform capabilities, including infrastructure, environments, observability, and developer tooling.
Identify and resolve developer pain points through data, feedback, and hands-on investigation.
Develop shared services, tools, and components that improve development speed and quality.
Promote reliability, automation, maintainability, and engineering excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive improvements.
Own operational aspects of systems, including monitoring, SLIs/SLOs, and on-call participation.
Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy.

5–10+ years of software engineering experience with a platform, infrastructure, or DevOps focus.
Strong product mindset and passion for improving developer experience.
Experience building and operating distributed systems.
Proficiency in at least one backend language: C#, Go, Python, or TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with AWS and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience working with game development teams is preferred.
Background in internal developer platforms or large-scale tooling is preferred.
Knowledge of security, compliance, or platform governance is preferred.

The role requires working from the office four days per week.
The interview process includes virtual technical interviews and a final in-person interview.
The position is located in ITPB, Whitefield, Bengaluru.
