Base Salary
$84k - $162k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write high-quality code for medium-complexity scenarios with good test coverage.
- Translate product requirements into robust, modular, configurable, reusable, performant, user-friendly, secure, compliant, scalable, and maintainable designs.
- Assist with application system support needs.
- Participate in application design and code reviews to ensure engineering standards and best practices.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience programming in one or more industry-standard languages such as Java, Python, Go, C++, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Familiarity with relational databases, NoSQL databases, and caching solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and good communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently on simple tasks and collaborate with team members to address impediments and deliver results.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is preferred.
