Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and maintain scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead the full lifecycle of solution development from requirements analysis to production deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to refine requirements.
- Configure and customize Employee Center Pro for improved user experience.
- Implement and optimize AI features like Now Assist for better platform usability.
- Drive CMDB data model governance and maintain alignment with CSDM.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Conduct code and configuration reviews to ensure adherence to standards.
- Establish development, testing, and release management best practices.
- Communicate technical progress and risks to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of engineering excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Deep understanding of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and CMDB modules.
- Experience configuring Employee Center Pro and enhancing user experience.
- Working knowledge of Now Assist and AI-driven automation.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code aligned with best practices.
- Skilled in engaging with business partners to align technical solutions.
- Experience in peer code reviews and performance tuning.
- Expertise in CSDM and CMDB governance.
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Passion for staying current on ServiceNow updates.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
