Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs into scalable technical architectures.
- Rapidly prototype AI-driven applications.
- Integrate Typeface’s platform across customer ecosystems.
- Partner with Engagement Managers and Product teams to define customer requirements.
- Serve as a Solution Architect during the sales cycle.
- Apply an AI-first experimentation mindset to build proof points.
- Build custom agents and workflows tailored to specific customer use cases.
- Develop integrations with customer systems and platforms.
- Capture field-proven use cases to inform the product roadmap.
- Own delivery sprints from requirements through deployment.
- Document playbooks, prompts, and best practices.
- Share learnings across the organization and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing Solution Architectures for Enterprises.
- Outstanding customer-centricity with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex AI concepts.
- Experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools.
- Extensive hands-on experience with LLMs and multimodal AI.
- Proficiency with prompt engineering and model optimization.
