Responsibilities
- Facilitate digital transformation through the adoption and integration of advanced digital technologies, processes, and practices.
- Establish software development processes and metrics to measure and improve team performance.
- Create a process framework for development enhancements, projects, and releases.
- Work with software architects and developers to analyze and develop business requirements.
- Lead application design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment across GOTS, MOTS, and COTS systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10–12 years of related work experience, or a master's degree and 8–10 years of related work experience.
- Experience leading application design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment across GOTS, MOTS, and COTS systems.
- Experience with source-code maintenance, database performance, application security, and development and production environments.
- Knowledge of .NET, SharePoint, SBM, and digital engineering tools such as MagicDraw, DOORS, and Windchill.
- Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
- DoD 8140 certifications.
