Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex performance issues across software architecture, testing, capacity planning, application performance management, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Monitor system performance metrics and generate detailed reports for decision-making.
- Develop and refine performance testing strategies aligned with project goals.
- Contribute to end-to-end application development, validation testing, compliance consulting, and support engagements.
- Participate independently as a subject-matter expert and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience is required, with the posting specifying 3–5 years in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Ability to work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
