Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, customize, and integrate SAP-based software solutions for production planning and discrete manufacturing.
- Analyze system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP production-planning environments.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team-level decisions.
- Contribute to key decisions across multiple teams and provide solutions to cross-team problems.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing workflows.
- Experience customizing and integrating SAP modules for business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
- Competence troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SAP production-planning environments.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
