Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap and establish development governance, standards, and best practices.
- Lead solution architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Design, develop, configure, integrate, and support custom applications, workflows, business rules, catalog items, and platform capabilities.
- Implement and optimize HAM, SAM, SPM, ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM solutions.
- Create executive dashboards and reporting solutions and support asset lifecycle, software optimization, compliance, and vendor audit processes.
- Mentor developers and administrators and translate stakeholder and business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience and 5+ years of ServiceNow solution architecture experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
- Proven delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations with expertise in HAM, SAM, SPM, ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM.
- Preferred qualifications include advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow development tooling experience, stakeholder and executive communication experience, and CTA, CIS, and ITIL certifications.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
