Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend application code.
- Perform unit and integration testing with internal and external systems.
- Participate in solution design and technical discussions.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Work with Architecture leadership to enhance and evolve the platform.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of software development experience.
- Experience with Java, C/C++, and/or Free Pascal, with Free Pascal considered a plus.
- Experience working in a Linux environment.
- Experience in Agile development environments.
- English proficiency for reviewing technical documentation and interacting with users.
- A proactive mindset and ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement are preferred.
