Responsibilities
- Develop systems across frontend, backend, and integration layers.
- Plan workflows and optimize processes while supporting quality assurance.
- Implement customer requirements and design new features.
- Analyze and design overall solutions.
- Collaborate with and provide daily technical support to the team.
- Deliver software across the full development lifecycle.
- Potentially mentor colleagues and contribute to project team leadership.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in the IT industry.
- Full-stack or backend technical background with experience in Scala.
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle and the ability to code within projects.
- Previous involvement in developing and delivering major IT solutions.
- Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies.
- Ideally, experience mentoring or team leading on projects.
- Understanding of agile tools and techniques.
- Willingness to travel to client sites anywhere in the UK when needed.
- Right to work in the UK and ability to pass security clearance.
