Responsibilities
- Apply AI engineering, delivery, and governance expertise to solve complex problems and deliver transformative change.
- Develop and deploy end-to-end AI solutions for clients and citizens.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners across varied contexts.
- Continuously build and extend AI and data knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the AI and data team and support responsible, fair, ethical, accountable, and transparent use of AI.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or software engineering.
- Broad knowledge of data science and machine learning, including NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, reinforcement learning, and time series forecasting.
- At least one hands-on end-to-end AI development and deployment experience.
- Exposure to software engineering and CI/CD principles, including containerization, infrastructure/configuration as code, and model and data versioning.
- Hands-on experience with AI development lifecycle tools including LLMs, Jupyter, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, AWS Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML, MLflow, Dataiku, MS Fair, Google PAIR, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Datadog.
- Exposure to cloud services including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to rapidly acquire new AI and data skills and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Experience with data science competitions such as Kaggle is highly desirable.
