Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues while recommending and implementing system enhancements.
- Write basic code, conduct testing and debugging, and use scripting and automation tools for application development.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of application development, database, systems administration, network, and data center operations.
- Apply business processes, industry standards, risk controls, and regulatory requirements when making technology decisions.
- Work independently and collaboratively while prioritizing multiple application development tasks.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in programming and debugging business applications.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, UFT, Zephyr, and Bitbucket.
- Working knowledge of programming languages, software development methodologies, and application development practices.
- Experience with REST API-first design and implementation, plus exposure to microservices architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Banking domain knowledge is required.
