Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery for client deployments, including scoping, technical design, integration, testing, and go-live.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines for large volumes of client financial data.
- Design optimized SQL data models and ensure production-grade data quality.
- Identify and remove technical and organizational blockers by writing code, managing stakeholders, and resolving complex issues.
- Translate complex client business requirements into platform features and engineering priorities.
- Design and deploy custom software agents for bespoke customer outcomes.
- Drive successful platform adoption and measurable client business impact.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of demonstrated success in software engineering, data engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
- Ability to write and review production-grade code, preferably in Python, Java, or comparable technologies.
- Experience designing and optimizing relational schemas and writing complex, performant SQL.
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines, analytics, or business intelligence systems.
- A proven track record managing complex projects and leading technical discussions with external business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong willingness to learn accounting terminology and financial practices.
- Prior FinTech, accounting, or finance experience is preferred.
- Experience integrating data from ERP, financial planning, or ledger systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Anaplan is preferred.
- Prior client-facing technical experience, such as Solutions Engineer or Technical Consultant, is preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and familiarity with modern deployment practices is preferred.
