Responsibilities
- Design highly scalable, highly available, and high-performance architectures for Security and Risk Control systems.
- Select and evolve department-wide technologies, including middleware, caching, databases, message queues, and RPC frameworks, based on business needs.
- Establish monitoring, alerting, online troubleshooting, fault review, and stability management mechanisms.
- Provide technical guidance and architecture reviews, and develop architecture standards and best practices for security and risk control teams.
- Drive performance optimization, microservice planning, disaster recovery, high availability, and technology innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- More than 7 years of Java or Go backend development experience and more than 3 years of architecture design experience.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot or Go and go-zero microservice ecosystems; experience with both ecosystems is preferred.
- Experience designing and tuning high-concurrency systems and developing or architecting large-scale distributed systems.
- Practical experience with microservice structures, containerization, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Experience designing architectures and ensuring stability during extreme traffic and market-peak scenarios.
- Strong online problem-location and troubleshooting capabilities with a sound stability management strategy.
- Active open source project experience, participation in large-scale Java and Go projects, AI or large-model project experience, and greenfield system-building experience are bonuses.
