Responsibilities
- Build and contribute to the Digital Asset Management platform and related tokenization and crypto product components on AWS.
- Develop full-stack applications using Java/J2EE and related technologies.
- Contribute to greenfield engineering initiatives, deliveries, and releases.
- Promote engineering practices including code review, branching patterns, continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, and engineering excellence.
- Partner with architecture, engineering, delivery, and asset management technology teams across Boston, Ireland, India, and other locations.
- Provide technical expertise and direction, help manage team priorities, and mentor and coach fellow squad members.
- Support the strategic product roadmap and drive innovation, scale, efficiency, business growth, and investment performance.
Requirements
- BE or MCA degree.
- 12+ years of industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with engineering projects and strong understanding of engineering practices.
- Experience with AWS Cloud and Java/J2EE application development.
- Experience with streaming and messaging technologies, authentication frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and testing tools such as Karate.
- Experience with ALM tools including JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, and Git.
- Strong communication, collaboration, technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- AWS Certified Developer Associate or Architect Associate certification is optional.
- Hands-on experience with Blockchain, UI, and database technologies is advantageous.
