Responsibilities
- Build scalable systems for training and fine-tuning large-scale generative models.
- Lead the implementation of novel reinforcement learning algorithms and training paradigms.
- Develop cutting-edge deep learning models and generative AI solutions.
- Oversee the production and optimization of machine learning models for vehicle assessment.
- Monitor best practices in the industry to develop a novel RLHF-based evaluation system.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and senior leadership on strategic efforts.
Requirements
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing Machine Learning models, focusing on Reinforcement Learning.
- Expertise in deep learning, sequence modeling, and generative models.
- Strong publication record or impactful project delivery in RL or related areas.
- Proficiency in Python and standard ML frameworks like JAX and TensorFlow.
- Experience with large-scale distributed training and data processing.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects from conception to completion.
