Base Salary

$150k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop data transforms for text, JSON, XML, databases, and configuration files.
Gather feature requests and application requirements from project and customer needs.
Explore unfamiliar datasets and collaborate with analysts to identify appropriate questions and approaches.
Develop and enhance tools to improve application and data-processing performance.
Manage and support mission-critical servers and applications, including server framework development and system administration.
Support applications and servers in production environments.

Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
U.S. citizenship is required; green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or four additional years of experience in place of the degree.
Eight years of software-development experience.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with data frameworks such as Pandas or Polars.
Experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQLite, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Familiarity with Git and GitLab for source control and collaborative development.
Familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript and React or another modern frontend framework.
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers and incorporating feedback.
Experience supporting applications and servers in production environments.
