Responsibilities
- Collaborate with domain experts on complex projects to ensure execution quality.
- Develop tools and services for efficient use of web frameworks by other engineers.
- Participate in all phases of software development from ideation to implementation.
- Mentor and support the career development of other engineers.
- Raise technical standards for performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building high-quality web applications.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
- Strong foundation in web fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and accessibility.
- Proven ability to enable other engineers through frameworks and architectural decisions.
- Experience delivering on ambiguous projects with a focus on speed and maintainability.
- A product mindset that values usability and customer impact.
- Experience building and shipping a design system.
