Base Salary
$127k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Fix bugs and add features in applications, shared libraries, data pipelines, and wafer test-station software.
- Build software for new semiconductor fabrication areas and manufacturing systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, operators, and technicians to develop software for their needs.
- Investigate production-floor and Sentry errors with support from a senior developer.
- Write tests and safely modify production code.
- Develop desktop applications, test-station software, web applications, APIs, and manufacturing execution system extensions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, completed between May 2026 and June 2027, or recent graduation with under two years of professional experience.
- Solid object-oriented programming in C#, Java, or C#, demonstrated through internships, projects, research, or open-source work.
- At least one substantial program built or significantly changed and demonstrable in detail.
- Basic SQL knowledge, including joins, grouping, and filtering.
- Comfort with a debugger and Git.
- Clear written and spoken communication.
- Software internship or co-op experience is desired.
- C#/.NET, real-system data, manufacturing or semiconductor, WPF, or ASP.NET experience is desired.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual with required authorization for export-controlled items.
