Responsibilities

Build software to support rapid deployment of distributed applications in a microservice architecture.
Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and with architects for design.
Ensure product resiliency and sustainability.
Coach and mentor team members to foster their growth.
Establish best practices and maintain code hygiene in software development.

Minimum 8+ years of work experience.
Architectural experience in building frameworks for rapid deployment.
Strong design skills and system design experience in a Linux environment.
Experience with multi-threaded, multi-component complex systems.
Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Strong programming knowledge in C/C++, Java, Go, or Python.
Ability to suggest coding best practices and provide effective code review feedback.
Flexibility in coordinating with global teams.
Ability to coach and mentor team members.
