Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across critical business applications.
- Analyze system logs, performance metrics, and system behavior to identify root causes.
- Monitor application operation and help maintain system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for a reusable knowledge base.
- Contribute to improving support processes and tools.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of software debugging and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics.
- Experience with integrated front-end and back-end technologies.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and support frameworks.
- Angular and jQuery experience are good-to-have qualifications.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
