Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical leadership for critical software, middleware, or hardware projects across multiple platforms.
- Evaluate and approve development options, technical solutions, technical deliverables, architecture designs, and documentation.
- Resolve complex technical problems and proactively identify risks and preventive actions.
- Serve as a technical liaison with stakeholders and communicate technical implications, project risks, and solution strategies.
- Mentor staff and drive adoption of architecture standards, IT methodologies, and emerging technologies.
- Lead or contribute to design, code, test, product lifecycle reviews, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Apply deep server-side development expertise to optimize performance, secure architecture, data flow, APIs, database efficiency, scalability, and resilience.
- Ensure deliverables comply with IT and Information Security policies and internal and external requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum eight years of experience in software development, architecture, and system integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, Bachelor’s in Computer Applications, or Master’s in Computer Applications.
- Expertise in software architecture, system design, technical leadership, and scalable enterprise application delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, Spring Boot, Node.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL/Supergraph, and modern development frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, containerized and serverless architectures, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with DB2, PostgreSQL, SQL, Kafka Streams, Attunity, Qlik, data integration, and cloud-based data solutions.
- Expertise in Git, CI/CD, test automation, observability, Secure SDLC, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and mentoring engineering teams.
