Base Salary
$53k - $108k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on a team to develop breakthrough ideas or technology solutions for complex customer challenges.
- Apply software development practices and programming skills to challenge projects.
- Learn and use new programming languages and frameworks.
- Produce technical documentation and design artifacts when needed.
- Present the team’s final solution to senior leadership in the Challenge Cup competition.
Requirements
- Experience with .NET, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python through professional, academic, or internship work.
- Knowledge of software development best practices.
- Ability to learn new programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively in groups.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Scheduled to obtain a bachelor’s degree in a technology, engineering, or mathematics field by Winter or Spring 2027 or 2028.
- Strong critical-thinking, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are preferred.
