Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale IAM platforms and directory services.
- Develop automation for provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, access reviews, privileged access onboarding, and compliance reporting.
- Build API-driven integrations, identity orchestration workflows, and automated provisioning solutions.
- Use analytics, AI-enabled tools, and intelligent automation to improve access governance, identity threat detection, role mining, and entitlement management.
- Analyze identity telemetry, authentication logs, access patterns, and platform performance metrics.
- Document technical architectures, integration standards, automation frameworks, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with security, cloud, infrastructure, application development, and enterprise architecture teams on SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA, and Zero Trust initiatives.
- Validate IAM platform upgrades, automation enhancements, and security controls before production deployment.
- Evaluate emerging IAM, automation, AI, and cybersecurity technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship on IAM architecture and automation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in IAM, platform engineering, software development, cybersecurity engineering, cloud engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience building IAM automation using scripting, APIs, workflow orchestration tools, or Infrastructure-as-Code technologies.
- Experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, BeyondTrust, or similar technologies.
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Terraform, REST APIs, or comparable automation technologies.
- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, and JWT.
- Experience supporting IGA, Access Management, PAM, SSO, and MFA solutions.
- Preferred experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, copilots, intelligent automation, ITDR, UEBA, or AI-powered security monitoring.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, Security+, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Azure, or AWS are preferred.
- Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps environments.
